摘 要:IEC62055是2007年发布的第一个关于预付费电能表管理的国际标准。该文将IEC62055协议应用于射频预付费电能表的设计之中,提出了电能表各主要功能模块的设计方案;在简要介绍IEC62055标准传输协议的基础上,阐述了应用IEC62055标准协议开发无介质预付费电能表时的技术要点;探讨了RFID预付费电能表数据传输安全性设计方法。这种电能表硬件结构简单,完全满足IEC62055标准,已批量生产。IEC62055 was the first issued international standard about prepayment energy meter in 2007.This paper recommends a new design for the RFID card prepayment energy meter based on IEC62055,and the main module of the meter were also presented.The paper briefly introduces the main contents of IEC62055-4x/5x standard transfer specification,and the technical points need to be cared while using these standards to develop prepayment meters.The method to improve reliability for data transmission of the prepayment meter was discussed.This energy meter with simple hardware structure,which technical indicators completely satisfy IEC62052-11 and IEC62053-21 standard,has been produced widely.
