摘　　要：针对传统的人工提货管理错误率高,效率低的缺点,结合了Modbus RTU协议和.NET技术,提供了一种采用IC卡和计算机互联网技术进行信息自动化管理的方式,使得工业控制设备、IC卡、关系数据库三者之间有效地结合统一,发挥了工业信息一体化的优势。系统在基于全集成计量管控智能仪控制站进行信息采集的同时,使用了B/S结构的管理信息系统进行信息和流程的管理。投入使用以后,本系统可有效地提高工作效率,减少人工失误,产生了可观的经济效益。Due to the high error rate and low efficiency of traditional manual delivery management,combined with Modbus RTU protocol and.NET technology,we provide an IC card and computer internet technology information automation management to realize industrial information integration.It can help Industrial control devices,IC cards and relational database to work together and play the advantages of industrial information integration.The system based wholly integrated metering control intelligent instrument controller information collection;use the B/S structure of management information system for management of information and processes.When it put into use,the system can effectively improve work efficiency,reduce human error and generate economic benefits.
