摘  要:为了适应汽车电子专业"汽车传感技术"等实践教学的需要,文中提出了一种基于DSP的汽车传感器实验台的设计方法。该实验台主要包括控制系统、汽车传感器、汽车工况模拟装置、数字式汽车仪表以及上位机。其中控制系统以DSP为控制器,运用模糊PID控制策略。上位机用LabVIEW开发人机界面及虚拟仪表。实验台通过上位机设定和动态显示传感器的各种测量值,也可通过汽车仪表直接观察,还可借助外在的通用计量器件以及通过测试端子显示相关参数,直观快捷地实现了显示的多位一体,增强了实验的可信程度,为传感器的标定提供了可靠的条件。运行结果表明实验台设计达到预期目标,能满足实际教学要求。Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the practice teaching for such as "automotive sensing technology" of automotive electronic professional,this paper presented a design method of automotive sensor experimental platform based on DSP.This experiment platform mainly including a control system,automotive sensors,simulation device of automobile working condition,digital automobile instrument and host computer,where the control system based on DSP controller used fuzzy PID control strategy.The host computer using LabVIEW to develop man-machine interface and virtual instrument.Experiment platform sets and dynamic displays various sensor measurements through host computer,also can be observed directly by the automobile instrument,and still can display the relevant parameters with the external common measuring devices and test terminals.It achieved fast and intuitive display through various measurement methods,enhanced the credibility of the of the experiment,and provided reliable conditions for the calibration of the sensor.The running results show that the design of the bench to achieve the desired goals,can meet the requirements of actual teaching.
