摘　　要：采用混凝土表面涂层保护技术对高铁桥梁混凝土进行防蚀保护,自制羟基树脂和异氰酸酯预聚物等原料,合成一种适用于聚脲涂料的环氧-聚氨酯体系的混凝土封闭底漆。提高了聚脲涂层对基材的附着力,还有效封闭混凝土表面。The concrete coating protection technology has been used for corrosion protection of high-speed rail bridge concrete. Self-made hydroxy resin and isocyanate ester prepolymer were used to synthesize a kind of concrete primer sealer for polyurea coatings epoxy - polyurethane system. The concrete primer sealer not only can improve the polyurea coating adhesion to the substrate, but also effectively seal the surface of the concrete.
