摘 要:研究了基于 D311树脂模板法制备的多孔纳米钛酸钙微球(PCTOM)对水中钯的吸附和富集性能,考察了影响吸附的因素,探讨了吸附剂的再生及钯的洗脱回收方法,并应用于含钯工业废水中钯的吸附和回收。结果表明,PCTOM对水中的钯具有很强的吸附富集性能,但是吸附能力受介质的pH值和振荡接触的影响。当介质pH值为5~8时,PCTOM对钯的吸附量最大,振荡10 min吸附反应达到平衡,而且多孔纳米钛酸钙微球对钯的吸附量随初始浓度的上升而增加。当钯的初始浓度为130 mg/L时,吸附基本饱和,饱和吸附量可达64.17 mg/g。被吸附的钯可用硝酸溶液洗脱回收,同时吸附剂也实现了再生。将该吸附剂应用于含钯工业废水中钯的吸附回收,结果满意。Adsorption and enrichment capacity of porous nano-calcium titanate microspheres for palladium ions were investigated. The optimum experimental parameters for the adsorption and elution of the palladium were also studied. The results show that the porous nano-calcium titanate microspheres have strong adsorption and enrichment capacity for the palladium ions in water, pH and oscillation time have effect on the adsorption capacity;when pH is in the range of 5~8, the adsorption capacity of the porous nano-calcium titanate microspheres for the palladium ions in water can reach the highest; while the adsorption time is 10 min, and the adsorption reaction can reach the equilibrium;adsorption amount of the porous nano-calcium titanate microspheres for the palladium ions increases with increasing of palladium initial concentration;when palladium initial concentration is 130 mg/L ,the saturation adsorption capacity can reach 64.17 mg/g.Palladium ions adsorbed on the porous nano-calcium titanate microspheres can be completely eluated by using 1 mol/L nitric acid. The method has been applied to recover palladium ions in industry waste water, the results are satisfactory.
