摘  要:为了研究球面弓形折流板换热器折流板曲率半径对换热器壳程压降和换热系数的影响,对曲率半径分别为0.75D、1D、1.25D、1.5D的球面弓形折流板换热器和普通弓形折流板换热器的壳侧流体流动与传热性能进行数值模拟与研究,得到了壳程流体流场分布以及壳程压降和传热系数。研究结果表明在相同入口流速下,曲率半径越小换热器壳程传热与流阻综合性能指标越大,0.75D球面弓形折流板换热器可比普通弓形折流板换热器提高8.5%左右。In order to research the influence of the spherical baffle heat exchanger’s baffle curvature radius to the shell side pressure drop and the coefficient of heat transfer, shell side fluid flow condition and heat exchanger performance of the spherical baffle heat exchangers with curvature radius of 0.75D,1D,1.25D or 1.5D and conventional segmental baffle heat exchangers were numerically analyzed and studied. The shell side fluid flow field distribution, shell side pressure drop and coefficient of heat transfer were obtained. The results indicate that, under the same inlet flow conditions, the smaller of the baffle curvature radius,the bigger of comprehensive performance index of the heat exchanger’s shell side heat transfer and flow resistance, the comprehensive performance index of the spherical baffle heat exchanger with curvature radius of 0.75D is higher by 8.5%than that of the conventional segmental baffle heat exchanger.
