煤矿坑口电厂锅炉简易湿法脱硫技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：总结了钠钙双碱法旋流板塔脱硫除尘技术在煤矿坑口电厂技术改造中的应用实例,介绍了大中型锅炉烟气脱硫装置的性能、技术参数以及用户所关心的问题在施工中的解决办法.工艺采用两级电除尘后直接进行旋流板塔脱硫的方法,达到了良好的脱硫除尘效果.An example about the application of the sodium-calcium dual-alkali method and swirl board tower desulphurization and dust removal technology in the technical transformation of mine-mouth power plant is summarized. The performance, technical parameters and some measures solving problems concerned by users of medium-sized boiler FGD are introduced. The process is directly to carry out swirl board tower desulphurization after two-grade electrostatic precipitation, which has achieved a good effect of desulphurization and dust removal.
