摘　　要：本博物馆建于内蒙古乌海市甘德尔山顶上,建筑场地属抗震不利地段。因外观造型的要求,结构沿竖向变化复杂,属于结构特别不规则的超限高层建筑。本文针对位于山顶的超限结构的特点,提出了相关设计参数取值依据、计算分析方法、性能化设计目标及其目标的实现方法等,介绍了该工程基础设计方案和山坡稳定性处理方法,并着重阐述了结构超限问题和结构薄弱部位的处理方法和构造加强措施。The museum was buih in the top of Gander Mountain, regard as seismic unfavorable site. Due to seulpture appearance requirements, and structure complex changes vertically, the building is specified as peculiar irregular highrise structure which beyond codes. This paper focus on features of beyond codes mountain strueture, elaborated following aspect ： structural characteristics of the project, mountain building design parameter, methodology of computational analysis, pefformanee based design goal and its implementation methods. Consequently, introduce the hasic engineering design scheme and slope stahilily pro- eessing methods, while presenting solutions and measures for the beyond codes structure and structural weakness parts.
