摘 要:通过对不同用户群体进行网络行为描述和行为心理分析,认为移动互联网已成为各年龄阶段人群交友、娱乐、获取信息的重要途径。各用户群体具有上网时间碎片化、信息获取表面化等一般性特点。从产品服务和操作频率等方面分析群体间差异性特点。移动互联网用户行为的新特点体现为随着年龄的增长,用户享受的服务种类越来越多,使用行为表现为从娱乐到生活再到工作。According to the network behavior description and the behavior psychological analysis in different user groups of mobile Internet, it is concluded that mobile Internet have an important impact on people's daily lives and has become an important way of dating, entertainment and information access for every age group. Each user group shows general features such as Internet time fragmentation and information acquisition superficial, and obvious difference in product serv- ice and operating frequency. Some new characteristics are shown in mobile Internet compared with the traditional Internet network. Mobile Internet users turn to use more and more services with the growth of the age. Their behaviors turn to be from entertainment to living and to work.
