城市社区工作者队伍建设的现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：目前城市社区工作者队伍建设中存在的主要问题是:社区工作者专业性不足,疲于应对行政性事务,难以满足社区居民个性化、多样化社会服务需求;社区工作者队伍整体素质依旧偏低,缺乏规范化的专业培训;社区工作者的工作负担沉重,待遇偏低,社区留不住人才的现象非常突出。社区工作者队伍走向专业化已成为必然趋势,其动力因素主要来自相关各级政府部门的重视和推动、社区群众日益增长的社会服务需求,另外社区工作者队伍建设对于加强和创新社会管理的意义也将引起特别重视。未来应积极落实各项保障政策和措施,大力推进社区工作者队伍迈向专业化,以基层城乡社区为重点配备和使用社会工作专业人才。The main problems of City Community Worker Team Building are the lack of professional to meet the demand for social service, the overall quality of the team of community workers is still low, the community workers want to leave. The professional contingent of Community workers has become an inevitable trend, and the dynamic factors are mainly from the attention and support of government departments and the growing demand for social services. In addition, the importance of community workers in construction to strengthen social management and innovation will also be drawn special attention. In future, we should actively implement various policies and measures, and promote the community workers towards professional.
