摘　　要：在外科治疗过程中,充满着各种不可预知的风险,其中就包括各种并发症。如果在术前没有进行充分的医患沟通,这些并发症的出现往往就会引发医疗纠纷。鉴此,在手术前,医方向患方作详细而充分的说明和告知,是减少医疗纠纷的重要手段。In the course of surgical treatment, there＇re different kinds of unpredictable risks, including all kinds of complications. If there is no sufficient preoperative doctor-patient communication, these complications often result in medical disputes. Therefore, medical communication should be performed carefully and effectively, which is an important method to reduce medical disputes.
