经腹联合经阴道超声在妇科常见急症诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹联合经阴道超声在妇科常见急症诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:回顾1年多来经腹联合经阴道超声诊断的妇科常见急症患者的超声声像图表现,上述患者的诊断均经手术或者临床保守治疗资料证实。结果:经腹联合阴道超声诊断妇科急症80例,其中经腹诊断63例,符合率78.8%;经阴道超声诊断75例,符合率93.8%;两者联合诊断80例(100%)。结论:经腹联合经阴道超声诊断妇科急症具有重要的临床价值。Objective：To explore the value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of common urgent gynecological diseases.Method：Researchers reviewed the ultrasonic sonographic appearances of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in patients with common urgent gynecological diseases in one and a half years recently,all diagnosis of patients confirmed by operation or clinical expectant treatment.Result：Eighty females were diagnosed by the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound with common urgent gynecological diseases,63 cases were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound（78.8%）,75 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound（93.8%） and 80 cases were diagnosed by the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound（100%） in all cases.Conclusion：The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound have the considerable clinical diagnostic value of common urgent gynecological diseases.
