摘　　要：根据我国目前建筑施工监理制度存在不够完善之处，提出整顿市场，优化监理队伍，实施设计监理，保证设计质量，理顺各方关系，保证监理的公正独立性，适应改革开放，加快监理与国际惯例接轨的论点。In view that there're still imperfections in architectural construction supervision system of China at present, the author sets forth the viewpoint including reorganizing the market; optimizing supervision team; implementingdesign supervision to ensure design quality; regulating relationship between all sides to ensure the independence and justness of supervision; adapting reform and opening, and speedening up to approach the international practice.
