摘　　要：本文主要阐述了多段式煤气化中试装置辐射废锅内件的结构特点、制造难点及制造技术。重点对圆形水冷壁筒体装焊、测温测压孔位置尺寸的控制、环形集箱的弯制、拼接以及与筒体的组装、内部清洁度的控制等进行了详细的叙述。This article focuses on the structural characteristics, manufacturing difficulties and manufacturing technology of the multiple - stage coal gasification pilot plant radiation waste boiler inner part. Focusing on the circular water wall assembly and welding, detailed control of the temperature and pressure measurement position size, the bending of the ring header, welding, and assembly, inter- nal cleanliness control.
