摘　　要：针对公司新购一台国产KM-3015型热丝H-TIG堆焊成套设备用于公司某项目德士古型气化炉产品制造,通过进行镍基材料堆焊的设备调试及堆焊工艺研究,成功掌握镍基合金堆焊技术关键点并最终确定满足产品制造技术要求的堆焊工艺,为实现公司相关产品顺利堆焊提供有效的技术支持和保障。In view of the company to buy a new domestic KM- 3015 type H- TIG cladding equip- ment that was used for manufacturing Texaco Gasifier, through the equipment debugging and process research, we successfully gripped and mastered the technical key points of nickel base alloy cladding and finally confirmed the cladding procedure to meet the production requirement, in order to achieve related products cladding favourably providing effective technical support and guarantee
