摘　　要：本文研究了超临界火电机组最小流量调节阀的三种结构及其抗汽蚀的原理,同时还研究了各种阀芯材料抗汽蚀的性能。In this thesis, the research is on three types of structure and the principle of cavitation resistance for minimum flow control valve, meanwhile, also on cavitation resistance performance for various spool materials.
