黄芩苷凝胶治疗糖尿病肾病伴牙周病大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验,观察黄芩苷凝胶对大鼠糖尿病肾病伴牙周病的疗效。方法:将65只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为健康对照组、模型对照组和黄芩苷凝胶组,模型对照组和黄芩苷凝胶组采用单侧肾切除、牙周结扎并腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)以建立糖尿病肾病伴牙周病大鼠模型。建模成功后,黄芩苷凝胶组用黄芩苷凝胶注射于该组大鼠第一磨牙牙周袋内。4周后,麻醉下截取包括实验区磨牙上颌骨,上颌第一磨牙牙周组织用10%的甲醛固定、15%EDTA脱钙30天,常规梯度乙醇脱水,石蜡包埋,颊舌向制作5μm的切片,HE染色,光镜下观察牙周组织病理变化。结果:实验结束后,组织学观察,黄芩苷凝胶组牙龈指数和牙龈萎缩均低于模型对照组,但仍高于健康对照组,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩苷凝胶对糖尿病肾病伴牙周病有良好的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the effect of baicailin jello on periodontitis rats with diabetes mellitus and nephroma.Methods：A total of 65 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group,the blank control group and the baicailin jello group.The blank control group and the baicailin jello group received intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and resected one side kidney and then submerge ligature at the periodontal tissues to establish periodontitis with diabetes mellitus and nephroma.After modeling,the baicailin jello group injected the baicailin jello into the periodontal pocket of the first molar; the blank control group injected the equivolumina distilled water,with continuous medication for four weeks.The maxillas corresponding to the molar arers were then dissected under anesthesia.After HE staining,the pathological changes of periodontal tissue were then dissected under anesthesia.Results：After four weeks,Gingival index（GI） and gingival decoration of the baicailin jello significantly decreased（P ＜ 0.05）,but was still higher than that in the control group.Conclusion：Our results show that the baicailin jello has a good therapeutic effect on periodontitis rats with diabetes mellitus and nephroma.
