耳穴压籽对原发性高血压病患者血压影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压籽治疗原发性轻中度老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将原发性轻中度老年高血压病患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,对照组服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合中医耳穴压籽治疗,15天为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行评价,并收集整理数据资料进行统计分析。结果:通过治疗组与对照组的比较,耳穴压籽可以降低轻中度高血压。结论:耳穴压籽可配合口服降压药物治疗轻中度老年人高血压病。Objective：To discuss pressing acupoint with seeds in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension for the elder.Methods：Mild-to-moderate 60 elder patients with high blood pressure patients according to random number table method were divided into the treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.Control group took sinistral ammonia chloride,benzene sulfonic acid treatment,and the treatment group was on the basis of the matching pressing acupoint with seeds treatment,with 15 days for a period of treatment.The results were evaluated after a course of treatment,and collect data for statistical analysis.Result：Compared with control group,ear seeds can lower blood pressure.Conclusion：Pressing acupoint with seeds can cooperate oral antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension for the elder.
