摘　　要：冲突性话语是一种普遍而且复杂的语言现象,频繁地发生于人们互动交际中。而婆媳之间的话语冲突也是很常见同时也是很复杂的现象,对家庭和社会有着深远的影响。在现实生活中,婆媳之间的冲突主要表现在言语中的冲突。本文以礼貌原则和面子理论为理论基础,以电视剧《婆婆来了》为语料来源,探讨婆媳间的话语冲突特征与语用策略,促进家庭的和谐发展。Conflicts, common in everyday life, often result in conflicting discourses, which is a common and complex linguistic phe- nomenon frequently occuring in people＇ s interactive communication.The words of the conflicts between mother and daughter-in-law is ver- y common and complex phenomenon, which has a profound impact on family and society.In reality, the conflicts between mother and daugh- ter-in-law mainly occur in speeches.Based on politeness principle and face theory,by employing TV series Mother Coming as the source corpus, the present essay explores the characteristics of conflicting discourses and the pragmatic strategies to promote the harmonious devel- opment of the family.
