摘　　要：乳腺周围脂肪组织构成了乳腺生存和发育的微环境,对乳腺细胞的增殖和乳腺肿瘤/癌的生长、侵袭都具有重要影响,但目前尚未见特定关于乳腺脂肪细胞分离与培养的报道。本研究通过组织培养法培养小鼠乳腺周围脂肪组织,不但获得了成熟脂肪细胞,还获得了脂肪干细胞样细胞。该培养体系的建立简单易行,为研究脂肪组织对乳腺癌的发生、生长和侵袭的影响提供了材料,也为体外获得成熟脂肪细胞和脂肪干细胞提供了参考。There haven＇t been special reports on isolation and in vitro culture of adipose cells derived from mammary tissue currently, although the mammary adipose tissue constitutes microenvironment for mammary cells survival and development, and has important impact for proliferation for mammary cells, growth and invasion for tumor/cancer. In this study, we got the mature adipose cells and adipose stem cells like cells by in vitro culturing from mouse mammary adipose tissue. The establishment of culture system is simple and easy, which provided good research materials for studying the effect of adipose tissue on the incidence, growth and invasion of breast cancer, and reference for derivation of adipose cells and adipose stem cells in vitro.
