摘 要:研究克隆得到了青蒿AaWRKY3基因,属Ⅱ类WRKY转录因子,其表达蛋白约为76kD。该基因在植物组织中广泛表达,在根中的表达量最高,且其表达量随叶片生长不断增加。其表达量受到低温、干旱和盐胁迫的强烈诱导,但对于甲基茉莉酸、乙烯、ABA及伤害处理不敏感。该研究结果表明,此基因可能通过ABA非依赖性信号转导途径来调节植物非生物胁迫应答。In this research,AaWRKY3 transcription factor was cloned from Arternisia annua, and expressed in Escherichia coli. The molecular weight of the expressed protein was about 76 kD. This gene was universally expressed in the whole plant with the highest expression in roots. The expression of AaWRKY3 in the leaves gradually increased along with the leaf growth. The expression of AaWRKY3 was strongly induced by the cold, draught and salt treatments, but not sensitive to other treatments such as ABA, MJ, Ethylene and wounding. These results showed that AaWRKY3 may be related to the abiotic stresses response through an ABA-independent way in A. annua.
