摘 要:对6个批号的打成麻的主要物理指标、伴生物含量以及纺成的细纱强力进行了测试,从打成麻的物理性能和伴生物含量两个方面,分别对细纱的强力进行灰关联分析。分析计算得出打成麻的细度对细纱强力的关联度为0.5706;打成麻的强力对细纱强力的关联度为0.8713;纤维长度对细纱强力的关联度为0.7130;脂蜡质含量对细纱强力的关联度为0.5623;水溶物含量纱强力的关联度为0.6041;木质素含量对细纱强力的关联度为0.5683。从物理性能考虑,发现打成麻的强力对细纱强力影响最大;从伴生物含量考虑,发现果胶含量对细纱强力的影响最大。对细纱强力的关联度为0.5210;果胶含量对细纱强力的关联度为0.7445;半纤维素含量对细纱强力的关联度为0.6041;木质素含量对细纱强力的关联度为0.5683。从物理性能考虑,发现打成麻的强力对细纱强力影响最大;从伴生物含量考虑,发现果胶含量对细纱强力的影响最大。The main physical items, concomitants content of scutched flax from six batches and spun yarn strength were tested. It is studied by the method of grey system analysis in two aspects:physical properties and concomitants content of scutched flax. It calculated that the related degree of scutched flax fineness on spun yarn strength was 0.5706;the related degree of scutched flax strength on spun yarn strength was 0.8713;the related degree of scutched flax fiber length on spun yarn strength was 0.7130;the related degree of fatty wax content on spun yarn strength was 0.5623;the related degree of water-soluble content on spun yarn strength was 0.5210;the related hemi-cellulose content on spun yarn strength was 0.6041;the related degree of lignin content on spun yarn strength was 0.5683. From the physical performance perspective,it found that scutched flax strength has the greatest influence on spun yarn strength;from the concomitants content perspective,it found that pectin content has the greatest influence on spun yarn strength.
