摘 要:采用原位合成的方法以二价钴为模板,在SnO2/TiO2凝胶基质合成的同时,萘氧基/苯氧基/五氯苯氧基取代的邻苯二腈在SnO2/TiO2表面进行四聚反应,得到ArO-CoPc/SnO2/TiO2,并且利用UV、IR和XRD对产物进行表征。结果表明:不同取代基对酞菁Q带最大吸收波长的不同影响;红外光谱中出现了M—O的振动吸收峰,在XRD图谱中显示出SnO2/TiO2晶粒变小,说明ROCoPc与SnO2/TiO2之间形成部分化学键。ArO-CoPc/SnOdTi02 nanocomposite was synthesized insitu through the annulation of 4-hydroxy -phthalonitrile with 2-methyl-naphthalene/phenoxy/pentachlorophenyoxy on the surperficies of SnOdTi02 nanoparticles while the SnOJTi02 gel base was formed with Co( Ⅱ) as formwork. The products were characterized by means of XRD, UV and IR methods. The experimental results indicate that the different influence of the different substitution position on the maximum absorption wavelength of the phthalocyanine Q-band; in IR spectrum the vibration absorption peaks of M-O was appeared, and the size of crystalline grain have become smaller than before in XRD spectrum, all that show the complex of aryloxy Cobalt Phthalocyanines and SnO2/TiO2 were linked with partial chemical bond.
