利用龙门刨改造周边磨床的设计实践

摘　　要：在现有的龙门刨床上进行改造比设计一台新机床不仅节省大量资金,而且节省设计周期。过程是将精刨横梁上的垂直刀架卸下,换上新设计的滑座、滑板,并增加微调装置、滚动磨头,设计安装冷却、防水和排水系统、电气控制系统等。对龙门刨床的改造方面具有参考价值。Transforming The existing double housing planer not only save a lot of money, but also shortens design cycle than designing a new machine .The process is to unload the vertical turret of precision planning , replace with slide block and slide of new designing, to design Fine-tuning device, grinding wheel head, Cooling System, Waterproofing system, Drainage systems, Electrical control systems and so on. It is of reference value to transformation of double housing planer.
