摘　　要：研究了需求不确定条件下的传统制造企业的调货中心,在此基础上通过安全库存的建立来取代各分销商安全库存建立的一种有效的供应链库存模式模型。通过制造商调货中心安全库存供应链模型的应用能够极大的确保顾客服务价值不变条件下的库存成本降低。In this paper, uncertainty Demand is studied under the condition of the traditional manufacturing enterprises transfer center, set up distribution center and the shared safety inventory to replace the seller＇s safety inventory under dem and uncertainty is effective supply inventory pattern.Though this pattern,manufacturers can be used to further reduce the total inventory cost on the basis of the same customer service level.
