摘　　要：目的探讨应用耳前窄蒂侧颌颈部皮瓣修复面部深度烧伤创面的方法。方法对4例面部深度烧伤患者采取耳前窄蒂侧颌颈部皮瓣Ⅰ期移植的治疗方法并观察效果。结果应用该方法治疗4例患者,皮瓣最大面积12 cm×9 cm,最小4 cm×5cm。所有皮瓣均成活。结论耳前窄蒂侧颌颈部皮瓣不带知名血管,打破带蒂随意皮瓣的长宽比例,窄蒂移转方便,皮瓣供血良好,厚薄适宜,且与面部色泽协调一致,功能和外形良好,修复后外形满意,是修复面部深度烧伤创面较理想的方法。Objective To explore the preauricular lateral maxillocervical fasciocutaneous flaps for primary repairing of deep facial burn defects. Methods Four patients with deep facial bum were repaired with preanricular lateral maxillocervical fasciocutaneous flap in ear ly stage and effect was observed. Results Four cases were treated in this method with skin flap, the size from 12 cm x 9 cm to 4 cm x 5 em. All flaps survived. Conclusions The flap didn＇ t include any major blood vessel. The ratio of the pedicle width to flap length broke that of traditional flap and was reverse transfer. The treatment method is feasible in repairing deep facial burn with repairing since it can achieve good blood supply, appropriate flap thickness, similar to the surrounding area in color,and satisfactory function and aooearance.
