护理干预对食管癌放疗期间生活质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间生活质量、并发症以及患者依从性的影响。方法将行食管癌放射治疗患者67例随机分为常规护理组(对照组)33例以及护理干预组(观察组)34例,对比分析两组患者放疗期间依从性、并发症、生活质量方面的差异。结果两组患者干预前依从率无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为23.53%,对照组并发症发生率为48.48%,两组患者并发症发生率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后对两组患者进行QOL生活质量评分,观察组食欲、精神、睡眠、疼痛、疲乏、自身对癌症认识、治疗态度、日常生活以及总评分均优于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌放疗患者应用护理干预能提高患者依从性,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy in quality of life, complications, and patient compliance. Methods Sixty-seven cases of esophageal cancer were divided into 33 cases of usual care group （control group） and 34 cases of nursing intervention group （observation group ）. The radiotherapy compliance, complications, and quality of life score of two groups were compared. Results The rate of the intervention compliance of two groups was not statistically sig nificant （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The rate of the compliance of observation groups was significantly higher than that of the control group. The differ ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of the complication of observation group was 23.53% and that of the control group was 48.48%. The complication rates of the two groups of patients were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The appetite, spirit, sleep, pain, fatigue, self-awareness of cancer, treatment attitude, daily life, and total scores of observation group were better than those before the intervention and of control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of nursing interven- tion on esophageal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy can improve patient compliance and reduce the incidence of complications in patients to improve the quality of life of patients.
