摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备非均相Fenton反应催化剂Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3,以对羟基苯丙酸为降解目标物,考察了γ-Al2O3粒径的大小、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、负载量等因素对催化剂催化活性的影响.通过热重、XRD、电镜扫描对催化剂形貌和特征的分析以及催化反应的结果分析可知,在γ-Al2O3上负载了催化剂Fe203,但Fe203并不均匀,在γ-Al2O3为100~120目,负载量为11.7%,浸渍10h,焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧4h,与60mg/L的对羟基苯丙酸反应60min的条件下,催化剂的活性最好,对羟基苯丙酸的去除率可达到70.26%.重复实验说明催化剂的稳定性较好.CatalystFe2O3/γ-Al2O3 in hetergeneous Fenton system was prepared using isometric impregnation. This research took p-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid as degradation target and the effect of γ-Al2O3size, dipping time, calcinations tempera- ture, roasting time and load, etc. on the activity of the catalyst was studied. TGA, XRD, and SEM analyses of the catalytic reaction and the results showed that catalyst Fe203 was loaded on γ-Al2O3 though not very well distributed. The removal of p-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid of 60 mg/L after 60 minutes reached 70.26% when γ-Al2O3 was 100 -120 mesh, loading capacity 11.7%, dipping for 10 h, and the calcination temperature was 550 ℃ for 4 h. The activity of the catalyst was best under those conditions. Repeated experiments proved the stability of the catalyst.
