摘 要:目的探讨促进医护合作、提升工作质量、提高患者满意度的创新工作模式,实现优质护理服务。方法在心血管内科实行医护全程诊疗模式,即一组医生和一组护士进行固定搭配,组成医护一体化的治疗护理小组,在相对固定的一段时间内,负责一组患者从入院到出院的全部诊疗护理工作。另有一组护士负责夜班工作。对实施该模式前后科室护理质量进行测评和比较,采用问卷对医护合作满意度进行评价。结果实施医护全程诊疗模式后护理质量显著优于实施前(均P<0.01);患者满意率明显提高,医护双方对合作感到满意。结论实施医护全程诊疗模式,提升了护理工作质量,提高了医护双方的合作满意度。Objective To promote doctor-nurse cooperation,enhance the quality of medical work,improve patient satisfaction,and to push froward high quality nursing service.Methods We experimented the doctor-nurse whole course medical mode in cardiovascular department as follows:agroup of doctors and a group of nurses were regrouped to form a whole course medical team,which would be responsible,over a relatively fixed period of time,for all medical treatment and nursing care of a group of patients from admission to discharge.Another group of nurses were assigned to take night shifts.The nursing service quality and patient satisfaction were evaluated before and after the practice.Results After the practice,the nursing service quality and patients satisfaction were significantly higher than before(P<0.01 for all).Both doctors and nurses were satisfied with the cooperation between them.Conclusion The doctor-nurse whole course medical mode enhances the quality of nursing service,and improves doctors′ and nurses′ satisfaction with the cooperation between them.
