摘　　要：通过对现代大森工建设取得的成效和现代大森工新森工建设面临的机遇与挑战分析,提出了坚持以生态建设为主的发展战略,努力实现绿色发展、循环发展和低碳发展;加快森工产业结构调整,努力实现经济转型;加快森工城镇化步伐,打造森林生态城镇品牌;大力繁荣森工生态文化,满足职工群众的精神需求;全力保障和改善民生,努力提高林区公共服务水平的对策。By analyzing the achievements of the modern big forestry industry construction and the opportunities and challenges of modern big forest industry and new forest industry construction, we proposed the development strategy to the ecological construction, and strive to achieve green development, development cycle and low carbon development; To speed up the forest industry structural adjustment, efforts to achieve economic transformation; Accelerate the pace of urbanization to build a urban forest brand of ecological forest; Promoting the development of forestry ecological culture, enrich the spiritual needs of the masses of workers; To safeguard and improve people＇s livelihood, and make ourselves to improve the level of public service countermeasures of forest.
