浙江省丽水市社区人群高尿酸血症的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对社区体检人群高尿酸血症的调查,了解丽水市社区高尿酸血症的患病情况。方法:选取2012年由丽水市各社区卫生服务中心采集在本院检验中心检测的5684例健康体检人群的血尿酸结果,进行统计学分析。结果:5684例社区人员中患高尿酸血症的占648例,检出率为11.4%,其中男性检出率为17.5%,女性检出率为4.2%,男性显著高于女性。男性各年龄组别高尿酸血症检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性青年组高于中年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丽水市社区人员高尿酸血症男性患病率高于女性,青年男性患病率逐渐增加。[ Objective ] To understand the prevalence of hyperuricemia in the community of Lishui city. [ Method] Serum sampies were collected from 5684 physical examination personnel in community health centers and detected by department of laboratory of The Central Hospital of Lishui City, and the data was analyzed by statistics. [ Result] There were 648 cases with hyperuricemia in total of 5684 cases. The detection rate was 11.4%. the detection rate was 17.5% and 4.2% in male and female, respectively. The incidence of males was significantly higher than that of females. The detection rate of high serum uric acid in each men group of all ages was higher than that of women group of all ages and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of youth male group was higher than that of the middle- aged male group and the difference was statistically sit, nifi- cant. [ Conclusion] Prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in men was higher than women in the coranunity in Lishui city, and the prevalence rate of young men was rising.
