摘 要:针对传统车间资源管理方法不能够满足云制造环境下制造资源动态调度与配置的要求,首先提出车间制造资源网格分层结构模型,并设计出云制造环境下车间制造资源网格管理流程,在此基础上定义了由物理资源、制造能力单元和制造能力约束组成的网格基单元,研究制造资源网格管理的3个关键子过程—制造资源网格目录的设计、资源存储代理中间件的设计和资源信息查询子过程.该方法为云制造环境下的制造资源调度与配置提供了统一的资源管理机制,同时丰富了网格技术的研究内容.According to the problem that traditional workshop resource management methods can not meet dynamic scheduling and configuration requirements of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture environment, this paper puts forward the grid layered structure model of workshop manufacturing resources. On the basis, we define the unit of grid: physical resources, manufacturing capacity unit and manufacturing capacity constraints, and researches three key sub processes of grid management of manufacturing resources including grid directory design of manufacturing resources, storage agency middleware design of resources and resource information query sub process, and design grid management procedure of workshop manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture environment. This method provides unified resource management mechanism for scheduling and configuration of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture environment, enriching research contents of grid technology.
