摘　　要：在不锈钢工件上进行预镀纳米镍工艺,它融合了纳米技术、电镀技术以及化学镀技术,并具有极佳的均镀能力和结合力。不锈钢预镀纳米镍工艺在预镀前不需预浸程序,就可直接电镀,电镀镍后也不必很快就进行其它后续镀层的电镀,为不锈钢工件的自动化电镀提供了可靠保障。Nano-niekel pre-plating process is a new technology for stainless steel, which integrates nano technology, electroplating technology and electroless plating technology, and has perfect covering power and bonding strength. The nano-nickel pre-plating process could be used to electrodeposition directly, and needs no pre-dip and the subsequent plating process. All these advantages would provide reliable guaran- tee for the automatic plating production.
