摘　　要：开发了一种热镀锌涂装用低铬转化膜处理技术,分析了各种因素对转化膜质量的影响,得到了转化膜的最佳工艺参数和操作规范,生成的膜能够显著提高锌层与涂层的附着力,适用于热镀锌产品各种涂料的涂装,尤其是较厚涂层的涂装,解决了涂层附着力随时间下降的问题。A conversed film processing method used in coating on galvanization was developed, and the influence of several factors on the quality of conversed film was investigated. The optimum parameters and operation conditions were obtained eventually. Under this optimum operation condition, the adhesion be- tween galvanization and converted film was improved. This converted film was suitable for many kinds of coatings, especially for thick coatings, and the adhesion reducing problem was also solved.
