摘 要:以某公司已有的氯化物电镀锌工艺为参考,采用单因素和正交试验对镀锌光亮剂进行调整。研究表明,单一改变主光亮剂难以使镀锌层光亮度提高,只有再加入表面改性剂,并添加辅助助剂才能使电镀锌层的光亮度大幅度提高。其中辅助助剂对电镀锌层光亮度和孔隙率等性能影响较大,主光亮剂对镀层的光泽度和电流效率也有较大的影响。最佳添加剂的组成为12.5mL/L主光亮剂、12.5mL/L表面改性剂、40mL/L辅助助剂。According to the surface dark problem of electro-galvanized plating in one company, the elec- tric galvanized brightener were investigated by using single factor and orthogonal tests bsed on the existing electric galvanized solution and plating process. The results showed that the brightness of eletrogalvanized coating could not be significantly improved by only adjusting the content of main brightener. The bright- ness of coating could be greatly enhanced by the addition of surface modification and auxiliary agents into the main brightener. The auxiliary agent used has a great influence on the brightness and porousity of coating, whereas the main brightener plays a important role in the coating brightness and the plating cur- rent efficiency. The optimum compositions for additives are 12.5 mL/L main brightener, 12.5 mL/L sur- face modification agent and 40 mL/L auxiliary agent.
