摘 要:基于ANSYS软件,建立某无人直升机减速器箱体的三维有限元模型,得到两种材料箱体的应力分布和变形云图,优选减速器箱体材料,为减速器箱体的设计定型提供理论依据。设计的箱体已经成功应用某无人直升机的减速器,表明该箱体设计和选材合理,结构安全可靠。The three-dimensional finite element model of reducer casing for an unmanned helicopter has been buih based on ANSYS and the stress and detorming distribution of two kinds of material reducer casing has been eo,nputed. With those simulations, the material of reducer casing has been selected and the theoretical basis has been provided for the design of the reducer casing styling. The design of reducer casing has been svccessfldl) applied for an unnmnned helicop-ter and those indicates that the design and material selection is reasonable, safe and reliable.
