摘  要:以某型号汽车水泵为研究对象,对其故障件进行了拆解分析,通过统计数据发现,其失效的主要原因为水封和轴承损坏,因此针对水封和轴承损坏产生原因进行分析,提出了改进方案并实施,同时进行相关试验验证,最后对水泵壳体结构、轴承密封圈、轴承润滑脂的选用等进行了优化改进。经过批量生产验证,改进后的汽车水泵故障率从1.03%降低到了0.5%。Taking an automotive water pump as the research object, the failure parts of automotive water pump was dismantled. Through the statistical data, it was found the failure was mainly due to damage of water seal and bearings. The reason of water seal and bearings damage was analyzed, and the improvement scheme was proposed and executed, and the experimental verification was carried out. Finally, the water pump shell, bearing seal and the selection of bearing grease were optimized. Mass production shows that failure rate of the improved water pump is reduced from 1.03% to 0.5%.
