摘　　要：目的:对比探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(TUSPLC)和传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的优缺点。方法:回顾分析2011年2月至2012年12月包头医学院第二附属医院普外科开展的TUSPLC(1组,n=38)及同期完成的LC(2组,n=38)的临床资料。观察对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后住院时间、术后是否使用镇痛药物、住院费用及并发症的发生。结果:76例手术均获成功,术后无并发症发生。两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、住院费用差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后肠功能恢复时间及术后镇痛率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TUSPLC是安全可行的,具有优于传统LC的美容效果以及术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优点。Objective： To make a comparative study of the advantages and disadvantages in transumbilical single port lapa- roscopic cholecystectomy （TUSPLC） and in conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of TUSPLC （ Group 1, n = 38 ） and LC （ group 2, n = 38 ） was made, performed in the General Surgery De- partment of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from February 2011 to December 2012. An comparative oh- servation was made between the two groups of operation time, operation bleeding volume, postoperative intestinal function recov- ery time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative use of analgesic drugs, the hospitalization cost and postoperative complica- tions. Results ： All the 76 cases of operation in both groups attained a success, without postoperative complications. There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups in operation time, operation bleeding volume, postoperative hospi- tal stay, the hospitalization cost and postoperative complications, but with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） between the two groups in postoperative intestinal function recovery time and postoperative analgesia rate. Conclusion： The transumbilical single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy （TUSPLC） is feasible, safe and superior to conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy （ LC ）, with better cosmetic results, less postoperative pain and sooner recovery.
