高校教职工老住宅小区停车和交通调研分析

摘　　要：由于私人汽车数量剧增,住宅小区停车和交通问题日益凸显,尤其是早期建造的老住宅区情况更为突出.对徐州市高校教职工老住宅小区停车和交通状况进行了调研分析,提出了小区规划前期进行针对性调查、规划设计合理确定停车位指标、综合利用多种停车方式、加强管理以及倡导新交通方式等措施.Quantity of private cars has been increasing greatly, which makes the problem of parking and transportation in residence communities more and more serious especially in old residence communities which are built in early years. This paper investigates and surveys the parking and transportation situation of Xuzhou university staff in old residence communities. Based on analysis of investigation results, it puts forward countermeasures such as carrying out specific investigation during planning stage of residence communities, determining reasonable parking space index through planning and design, using multiple parking ways, strengthening management and initiating new means of transportation.
