摘 要:本文对不同丝光条件处理的苧麻纤维,经测试其结构和吸附性能,分析了丝光碱浓度、张力、前处理与苧麻的晶型变化、取向度、钡值的关系后认为,麻棉混纺织物不应采用“半丝光工艺”,且“轧堆丝光工艺”也有一定的局限性。提出用碱浓高、小张力、热淡碱预洗的高效丝光工艺。in order to solve the problems of low dye uptake and large washing shriakage of the ra-mic/cotton fabrics,the relationship is studied between the NaOH concentration,tension andramie fabrics pretrcatment,and the ramie crystallinity,orientation,barium number,tenacityand dye uptake,by means of X-ray,bire-fringence,etc.Based on the properties of ramieand cotton,the author suggested an efficicient process of high concentration of NaOH(morethan 180 g/l),low tension,prewashing with low concentration of hot caustic solution onramie/cotton fabrics.By comparing the results through tests,it is shown that the mercerizingeffects obtained by the efficient process is far better than that obtained by conventional onewithout obviously decreasing tenacity of ramie/cotton fabrics.Hence,the drawbacks of lowdye uptake and low dimensional stability of ramie/cotton fabrics have been solved.
