摘  要:介绍了BOG压缩机在天然气接收站和液化装置中的重要作用,通过分析BOG压缩机的两种结构形式并通过优缺点对比确定了国产化研制的方向。明确了国产化研制存在的材料、隔冷以及低温试验等技术难点,分析了国内对低温材料、冷热隔离结构以及低温下试验的研制进展。通过国产化样机的试制以及顺利通过低温性能试验表明国内具备BOG压缩机国产化研制条件。In this article, important role of BOG compressor in natural gas receiving station and liquefaction plant was introduced. Through the analysis of two structures of BOG compressor and the comparison of their pros and cons, the direction of developing this kind of compressor in China was determined. The technical difficulties existed in materials, insulation and low temperature test has been recognized, and the progresses in these aspects in China were analyzed. The fact that the sample machine was successfully produced and it passed low temperature test has shown that tile condition of domestically producing BOG compressor had been prepared.
