摘　　要：通过了解河南省自主创新体系发展现状,发现其在实际运行中还存在着一定的问题,有必要对影响河南省自主创新体系建设的直接因素和间接因素进行分析,并提出河南省自主创新能力提升的策略。This paper, through investigating the status of the present situation of the self-innovation system of Henan Province, has found certain problems existing in its practical process, and holds that it is necessary to analyze the direct and indirect factors that have affected the construction of the self-innovation system in the province and also provides some effective advice for the future development of Henan Province.
