摘  要:目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清中白介素-18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平及临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测37例HIE新生儿和15例正常新生儿血清中IL-18、TNF-α的水平。结果 HIE新生儿血清中IL-18、TNF-α水平急性期和恢复期均高于同期正常新生儿水平(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度HIE新生儿急性期和恢复期血清中IL-18、TNF-α水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同程度HIE新生儿的急性期和恢复期血清中IL-18、TNF-α水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-18、TNF-α可能参与了HIE的病理生理学过程,两者水平检测可用于HIE的病情评估。Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin -18 (IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the serum of newborns with hypoxie-ischemie eneephalopathy (HIE) and their clinical significance. Methods A double antibody sandwich ELISA assay was used to detected the serum IL-18 and TNF-α levels in the 37 cases of HIE and 15 cases of normal newborns. Results The serum IL-18, TNF-α levels of the acute and convalescent newborns with HIE were higher than those of the normal newborns (P^0.05). There were significant differences in the serum IL-18 and TNF-α levels among the mild, moderate and severe HIE (P〈0.05). For the mild, moderate and severe HIE, there were significantly differences in the serum IL-18 and TNF-α levels between the acute HIE and the convalescent HIE (P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-18 and TNF-α may be involved in the pathophysiology process of HIE, and may be used to evaluate the condition of HIE.
