摘 要:针对燃煤机组回热加热器换热不可逆损失较大的问题,通过对抛物面槽式太阳能集热器与常规燃煤机组回热系统耦合机理的研究而进行系统的集成优化,并运用单耗理论分析300MW燃煤机组热力系统各设备的附加单耗在系统集成前后的变化情况,得出了不同太阳能辐射强度下热力系统各设备附加单耗的变化趋势。结果表明,各级低压加热器附加单耗随太阳能辐射强度的增强而降低,凝汽器与低压缸正好相反,但汽轮机组附加单耗随辐射强度的增强而降低,而且汽轮机多输出功率随太阳能辐射强度的增强而增大。集成系统在设计太阳能辐射强度900W/m2时,汽轮机组附加单耗总值降低了0.124g/(kW·h),多输出功率14.8MW。To the question of bigger irreversible loss of the regenerative heaters in coal-fired power unit, it makes integration and optimization between parabolic trough solar energy collection system and coal-fired power plant regenerative heating system through the coupling mechanism research of two systems, and then based on unit consumption theory analyzes changing situations of additional unit consumption of each equipment in 300MW coal-fired unit before and after system integration,finally, it works out the additional unit consumption variation tendency at different solar radiation intensity. Results show that the additional unit consumption of low pressure heaters reduce with the solar radiation intensity enhancing,while, Condenser and low pressure cylinder is exactly opposite, but additional unit gross consumption of steam turbine unit reduces and output power increases. The former reduces 0. 124g/( kW · h), the latter multiple output power 14.8MW, when in design of solar radiation intensity 900W/m2.
