摘 要:针对现行的由工频凝结泵和变频凝升泵串联组成的大型机组凝结水系统和除氧器变负荷滑压运行的前提下,进行了两级水泵各自运行特性的一系列理论分析,并从节能的角度出发,首度提出了将工频凝结泵进行双速改造,使其在低负荷时实行低速挡切换后再与变频凝升泵串联运行的方案;给出了凝结泵起始双速切换运行时系统负荷值的确定方法;通过工程算例的综合对比,证明了该方案在技术上的简便易行和经济上的充分合理,为具有类似状况的大型机组实施进一步的节能改造提供了可靠的理论依据。In the premise of the deaerator in variable load and sliding-pressure operation, according to the utility-unit condensate system which composed by power frequency condensate pump and frequency conversion condensate booster pump in series, carried out a series of theoretical analysis of each operation characteristics of the two pumps, and for the purpose of energy saving for the frist time put forward a program that the two-speed transformation of the power frequency condensate pump, then let it with frequency conversion condensate booster pump in series operation after switch the low gear in low load; given a method for determining the unit load value when start to switch the two-speed gear; through a comprehensive comparison of engineering example, it prove that the program is simple and easy in technology and full reasonable in economic, and provide a reliable theoretical basis for further energy saving transformation of utility-unit with similar situation.
