超越离合器的力学分析

摘　　要：全面分析了内星轮滚柱式超越离合器工作时 4个阶段的力学特点 ,并对各主要影响因素进行了讨论。指出 ,滚子惯性、滚动摩擦系数以及压紧弹簧力等对离合器的性能有重要使用 ,在分析中不能忽略。The mechanics features of star wheel overruning roller clutch in four running stages are analysed. Some important factors which affect the clutch performance are also discussed. It is concluded that the inertia of roller, the rolling friction and the force of push spring etc. are important roles which may not be neglected in the mechanic analysis of overrunning clutch.
