摘 要:为了实现中压直流电网至低压直流电网的能量传送,设计了一种带隔离的中频中压大容量三电平H桥变换器,简称直流/直流变换器。该变换器采用先逆变、后通过中频变压器降压、再整流的拓扑结构,其控制系统采用分层全数字化控制技术。同时,为了使底层控制器单纯地执行控制算法,提高底层控制器的可靠性,设计了基于PLC和HMI的顶层控制器,用于控制底层控制器和冷却系统以及继电器,并监视温度。实验证明:顶层控制器能够对变换器实现可靠控制和有效监视,分层控制的策略可以推广应用于其他复杂系统。For the transmission of energy from the middle-voltage network to the low-voltage network, an isolated medium-frequency middle-voltage high-power three-level H bridge DC/DC converter is designed, which is DC/DC converter for short. The topology structure of DC/DC converter consists of inverter, medium-frequency buck transformer and rectifier. The control system of this converter is hierarchical and digital. Meanwhile, to make the bottom controller act on control algorithm alone, and to enhance its reliability, a top controller based on PLC and HMI is designed for the purpose of controlling the bottom controller, cooling system, relays and monitoring temperature. Experiments verify that the top controller can reliably control and effectively monitor the converter; in the meantime, the strategy of layered control can be further applied to other complex systems.
