摘　　要：多学科融合成为我国高等学校教育发展的必然趋势。在多学科融合背景下,结合专业培养目标要求和高校特色,在人才培养、课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍、制度建设等方面,对高校信息管理与信息系统专业建设进行创新,以实现人才培养目标。The development of knowledge-based economy and information technology has imposed higher requirements on the higher education. Under the background of the multidisciplinary integration, an inevitable trend of the higher education in our country, and in view of the discipline training goal and our university＇s characteristics, this essay explores the innovation of information management and information system discipline in disciplinary integration in terms of personnel training, curriculum system, teaching methods, teaching staff, and system construction.
