摘　　要：综合绞吸式挖泥船工作时各种挖掘工艺参数、绞刀结构尺寸及疏浚岩石的切削原理,提出一种绞刀动载荷分析方法,利用VB编制了一套绞刀动载荷模拟分析软件,对WY-4200型绞刀进行模拟分析,所得结果可为该设备的强度分析及挖掘工艺参数的制定提供参考依据。A method for dynamic load analysis of the rock cutter head was presented, consideration in the processing param- eter of cutter suction dredger, physical dimension of the cutter head and the rock cutting theory. Based on this method, by use of VB, a simulation software for the dynamic load analysis of the rock cutter head was developed. The WY-4200 cutter head was simulated and analyzed, the results can be used to research its structural strength and provide references for setting processing pa- rameter of cutter suction dredger.
