下分层回采巷道位置布置及支护技术研究

摘  要:下分层回采巷道是围岩变形剧烈且顶板易冒落极难维护的巷道。通过对上分层围岩活动规律的分析,建立了基本顶弧形三角块的力学模型,研究了下分层巷道合理的布置位置,并辅以数值模拟分析。以某矿为例,采用高水速凝材料顶板注浆加固破碎区,顶板和两帮分别采用水力膨胀锚杆和螺纹钢锚杆支护,提高了破碎围岩的完整性和力学参数,增强了围岩承载能力,有效控制了围岩变形,达到了预期的技术经济效果。The deformation of the surrounding rock of the layered extraction roadway is severe, so it is so difficuh to maintain the stability of roadway. The mechanical model of basic roof arc triangle block based on the analysis of the activity rules of the layered extraction roadway. The mechanical model is applied to do some research on the reasonable position arrangement of layered roadway along with the nu merical simulation analysis. Take the supporting of Nanhosi mine for instance, the high water quick-setting material is used to roof grouting so as to reinforce the broken zone. The hydraulic expansion boh and rebar anchor are applied to the roof and the both sides respectively. The research results manifest that,the new technology in this paper can improve the integrity and the mechanical parameters of tile broken sur- rounding rock. In addition, it is make the bearing capacity of surrounding rock strengthened and the deformation of surrounding rock controlled effectively, obtain the expeeted technical and economic effect.
